Terms and Conditions of Sale
Version: 1.3
Last updated: 2026-08-20
1. Purpose
These Terms govern professional subscriptions to Insights, the managed service associated with Terrabuild.
Terrabuild is freely usable software.
An Insights subscription provides the selected server-side storage allowance and access to the features made available for the subscribed plan.
2. Business Customers Only
The paid service is offered only to businesses and professionals acting for purposes related to their trade, business, craft, or profession. It is not offered to consumers acting primarily outside a professional activity.
The person subscribing represents that they have legal capacity and authority to bind the identified business customer.
3. Plans
- Base subscription: €30/month + VAT if applicable (includes 1 active seat)
- Additional active seat: €20/month + VAT if applicable
- Included storage: 10 GB per active seat
Prices are expressed in euros and exclude applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Value Added Tax (VAT) or other applicable taxes may be added depending on the customer’s location and status.
Trial periods may be offered for certain plans. Eligibility and duration may vary depending on the offer and the user’s account history.
Legacy plans
Certain legacy plans may remain in effect for existing customers who subscribed before their withdrawal from sale. These legacy plans are no longer available to new customers. Unless otherwise agreed or notified in accordance with applicable law and these Terms, existing customers may keep their legacy plan until cancellation, upgrade, or termination of the subscription.
4. Payment
Payment is processed exclusively via Stripe.
Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.
No refunds are issued, including in case of early termination.
Upgrades are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the end of the billing cycle.
Failure of payment may result in suspension without notice.
5. Duration and Termination
Subscriptions are monthly and automatically renewed.
Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Magnus Opera may terminate access in case of violation of the Terms.
6. Data Ownership and Usage
Managed artifact storage must be used for logs, caches, outputs, and other artifacts produced or consumed in connection with Terrabuild builds. Insights also stores the build, repository, delivery, usage, membership, and billing metadata required to provide its application features.
Any other use may result in immediate termination.
Customers retain ownership of their data.
Insights does not currently provide a general self-service export or permanent workspace-deletion function. A business customer may contact support@magnusopera.io to request an export or deletion. Requests are handled subject to technical feasibility, the rights of other workspace members, contractual recordkeeping, security, backup rotation, and applicable law.
Magnus Opera is not liable for data loss.
7. Support
Support is included in paid subscriptions.
Email: support@magnusopera.io
Responses are provided during business days (indicative timeframe).
8. Limitation of Liability
Magnus Opera’s total liability, for all claims combined, shall in no event exceed the total amount paid by the customer during the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to liability.
This limitation does not apply in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Magnus Opera shall not be liable for indirect damages or data loss.
9. Data Protection
Magnus Opera processes account, workspace, technical, integration, usage, and billing data as described in the Privacy Policy. Payment-card data is collected and processed by Stripe and is not stored by Magnus Opera.
Where Magnus Opera processes personal data contained in workspace data on the business customer’s behalf, the customer remains responsible for its instructions, legal basis, notices to its personnel and contributors, and handling of their requests. Magnus Opera will provide reasonable assistance as required by applicable data-protection law.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law.
Exclusive jurisdiction is granted to the competent courts of Versailles, subject to any mandatory rule that cannot lawfully be excluded between the parties.
